Expression data from mouse skin treated with a miR-29 mimic or a miR-29 inhibitor

We performed a microarray analysis of mouse skin treated with a miR-29b mimic or a miR-29 inhibitor in order to identify pharmacodynamic (PD) biomarkers that were reciprocally regulated in vivo in the skin miR-29b mimic or vehicle was injected intradermally at the site of an incisional wound, and antimiR-29 or vehicle was injected intradermally into intact skin in C57BL/6 mice. (N=3 per cohort)
