PRIORITY OF UNIVERSAL HUMAN VALUES IN ORGANIZING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

This article describes the issues related to the process of communication between people, its impact on the upbringing of young people, and the importance of the culture of communication in the process of socialization of the individual. Also, priority problems related to the psychological essence of Uzbek-style communication in the process of establishing national and universal values in young people through communication in the system of interpersonal relations are presented.
