LEGAL BASIS OF PRIVATISATION OF LAND PLOTS

This article discusses the role of the right to privatize land plots in the legislation, the foundations of its formation and its application in practice. It also analyzes the role of the cadastral system in the privatization of land plots, the content of the right to property in land, and the opportunities created for citizens and business entities, and analyzes the innovations introduced by the President in accordance with Law No. О'RQ-728 signed in 2021. The article also presents problems encountered in the privatization of land plots and proposals for their elimination.
