DeadAhead: predictions bundles behind the results

The predictions behind the paper DeadAhead: Forecasting when and how a cell will die from quantitative phase video. The code at https://github.com/Mahdi-Koochali/DeadAhead recomputes the paper's results from these files on a CPU. deadahead_bundle_v1.zip holds the forecast rows, the outcomes and every method's held-out predictions on CellDeathDetect. deadahead_yeast_bundle_v1.zip holds the yeast probe's labels, predictions and survival frames. Each bundle's MANIFEST.json lists every file with its sha256 and records the source data, the licence and the changes made. Derived from CellDeathDetect (Vicar et al., 2020; doi:10.5281/zenodo.2601562; CC BY 4.0) and DetecDiv (Aspert et al., 2022; doi:10.5281/zenodo.6078462; CC BY 4.0). Released under CC BY 4.0.
