Using a porcine model of acute myocardial infarction, we explored the potential effect of secretomes from endometrial-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (endMSCs) and from IFNγ/TNFα-primed endMSCs on immune-related genes in the infarcted tissue. Overall design: Infarcted tissues from pigs administered with placebo (n = 4), secretomes from endometrial mesenchymal stromal cells (S-enMSCs) (n = 4), and secretomes from IFNγ/TNFα-primed endometrial derived mesenchymal stromal cells (S-enMSCs*) were collected at 7 days post-therapy for RNA extraction and Affymetrix microarrays. Differentially gene expression analysis between biogroups were performed and immuno-related genes were determined.
