ETIOLOGY, PATHOGENESIS AND BIOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF INFLAMMATION IN THE ORGANISM.

This research work provides a deep scientific analysis of the etiological determinants of the inflammatory process, the molecular and cellular mechanisms of its development, and its biological significance in maintaining homeostasis of the organism. Based on the classical and modern concepts of inflammation, the interrelationship between the mediator system, microcirculation disorders, immune responses, and tissue repair was studied. The results of the study show that inflammation is simultaneously a protective-adaptive and destructive process, and its imbalance plays an important role in the pathogenesis of various chronic diseases.
