These files contain the data set used for the empirical analyses in the article, both in CSV format and in R native format, RData. The data set contains anonymized data of 100,000 customers of a leading financial services provider in Germany with 35 variables. Target variable: cross-sell. We also include an Excel spreadsheet with an overview of the variables contained in the data set and the programming code (programming language R) used in the analyses.
