Genomic data for Ministeria vibrans, Parvularia atlantis, Pigoraptor vietnamica and Pigoraptor chileana

This repository includes the metagenome assemblies for the eukaryotic species <em>Ministeria vibrans</em>, <em>Parvularia atlantis</em>, <em>Pigoraptor vietnamica</em> and <em>Pigoraptor chileana</em>. Both the draft and the decontaminated assemblies are included for each species, as well as the corresponding genome annotations for the decontaminated assemblies and the associated protein sequence predictions. As shown in 'methodology.pdf', the draft assemblies were submitted to a comprehensive decontamination pipeline, and hence no contamination is expected neither in the decontaminated assemblies, nor in the corresponding annotations and protein sequence predictions.
