This project is a MATLAB Project. To use: navigate to the top level directory and double-click Project.prj. Example uses are available in the /examples directory. <br/><br/>This project includes the following software/data packages: <br/> <ul> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=2389#pack_2335">Joint Model Personalization </a> : Joint Model Personalization is an OpenSim tool for personalizing joint parameters from marker data. Using a two level optimization as described in Reinbolt et. al (2005), joint parameters of choice are optimized to reduce normalized mean squared distance. </li> </ul>
