Data and Code for: Dynamics and Controls of Supra-permafrost Groundwater on Central Qinghai-Xizang Plateau

This repository contains the processed datasets and analysis code used in the manuscript “Dynamics and Controls of Supra-permafrost Groundwater on Central Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.” The repository includes processed supra-permafrost groundwater level, water-temperature, meteorological, and soil hydrothermal datasets, together with MATLAB scripts for the accumulation–lag analyses and a Python script for the accumulated thawing degree-days partial-correlation analysis.
