Rethinking Teacher Quality in the Indonesian EFL Context: A Sociocultural Perspective

This thesis explores how EFL madrasah teachers shape their understanding of teacher quality, drawing from their English learning experiences in both schooling and ITE programs, as well as their current teaching practices, all viewed through a sociocultural lens. It provides valuable insights for education reform in Indonesia, highlighting the importance of evaluating ITE programs through policy assessments.
