RNA-Seq of mature leaves from wild type and LmMYB111 overexpression tobaccos

The mature leaves from 40-day-old wild-type and LmMYB111 overexpressing nicotiana benthamiana including OX-line3 and OX-line5 were harvested and subjected to RNA-Seq. RNA-Seq analysis were carried out at the labs in Novogene Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China) according to their standard protocols. Approximately ten pieces of leaves in 3 to 4 plants were pooled and set as one biological replicate, and three independent biological replicates were performed for all samples and experiments.
