资源简介:
This dataset contains comprehensive raw data supporting the study on how Staphylococcus aureus adapts under pentoxifylline (PTX) therapy. The data was collected from three S. aureus isolates (L1, L2, L3) obtained from a bacteremia patient receiving PTX combination therapy. The study investigates how non-antibiotic medications can shape bacterial evolution through second messenger modulation, particularly focusing on c-di-AMP signaling pathways.
