A novel endophytic fungus, Alternaria semiverrucosa and its ethyl acetate extract inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells

LC-MS was performed to identify bioactive compounds present in the ethyl acetate extract (EAE) of the fungal strain A. semiverrucosa. In total, 34 significant compounds were identified in the fungal extract, along with their respective molecular formulas and molecular weights.
