Prognostic Value of Nivolumab Clearance in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients for Survival Early in Treatment

Immune checkpoint inhibitors have improved survival in advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer, but a reliable biomarker to identify non-responders is still needed. This study investigated the prognostic potential of nivolumab clearance for overall survival early in treatment and evaluated its performance as a biomarker. Nivolumab clearance at early time points was associated with survival outcomes, showing high sensitivity but low specificity.
