Drivers of avian genomic change revealed by evolutionary rate decomposition

Files starting in crx include the ClockstaRX rates decomposition results for each data type (dN, dS, dNdS and intergenic data).

The alltrs.Rdata file contains all gene and species trees included in the study. Trees are also available in newick format.

The chroms_pc_pvals.Rdata file includes the p-values for permutation test across chromosomes.

All files are ready to be read in the open-source R computing environment using the function load.
