This project provides the genome assembly of Pagetopsis macropterus, based on a sample provided by Detrich H. W. III. The assembly was generated as part of the Antarctic Notothenioids Fish Genomes Project at the Wellcome Sanger Institute (https: //www.sanger.ac.uk/project/antarctic-notothenioids-fish-genomes-project/).
