Fibrinogen-like protein 1 Promotes M2 Macrophage Polarization and Liver Repair

The immunomodulatory mechanism of FGL1 is still unclear, and no studies have elucidated the immunomodulatory function of FGL1protein and its effect on acute liver injury (ALI). The primary focus of this study was to investigate macrophage polarization and expression of inflammatory factors, with the aim of identifying potential therapeutic targets and intervention strategies for ALI, an inflammatory disease with limited current treatment options.
