## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.\n\n\n\nSustainable Diversion Limits (SDL) have been developed across Victoria and represent the upper limit on winterfall diversions, beyond which there is an unacceptable risk that additional extractions may degrade the environment.
