Transcriptomic insights into the molecular mechanism of Bletilla striata response to Coleosporium Bletilla

To study the rust resistance difference between high resistance and susceptible material of Bletilla striata, leaves of 0,2 and 8 days after inoculation rust pathogen in two materials were collected to perform transcriptome sequencing. It was conducive to expound rust pathogen response difference and then clarify the molecular mechanism of high resistance material disease resistance.
