These samples were collected from three Hanwoo cows before morning feeding for obtaining as many as protozoa cells. The samples are divided into six treatment groups: CON (Control), ENTO (small entodinia inoculated group), EPI (Epidinium spp. inoculated group), ISO (isotrichids inoculated group), OPH (Ophryoscolex spp. inoculated group), and MIX (small entodinia, Epidinium spp., isotrichids, and Ophryoscolex spp. inoculated group).
