Data for: Meibom et al., Proteolytic Activity and Substrate Specificity of Lake Geneva

This zenodo entry contains the data and R scripts used in the publication Proteolytic Activity and Substrate Specificity of Lake Geneva. The data are organized by sampling month and data type (MSP-MS, exo-proteolytic activity, bacterial cells and water temperature). R scripts are provided for frequency heatmaps, Venn diagrams and Pearson's correlations. See the readme file for more information.
