Configuration files, alignments, and scripts associated with analyses of Lecanicephalum (Eucestoda: Lecanicephalidea: Lecanicephalidae) using IQ-TREE, YBYRÁ, and multivariate analyses (PCA and LDA)

This dataset contains all input alignments, configuration files, scripts, and resulting graphs and trees used to perform the phylogenetic and statistical analyses described in the manuscript on the systematics of Lecanicephalum (Eucestoda: Lecanicephalidea: Lecanicephalidae). Analyses were conducted using IQ-TREE 3.1.3 (Wong et al. 2026) for maximum-likelihood inference, YBYRÁ (Machado 2015) for clade diagnosis and synapomorphy identification, and statistical analyses — including Pearson’s correlation test, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) — performed in R (R Core Team 2026) to explore morphological variation among species.
