Efficacy and Safety of JAK-Inhibitors in Treating Refractory Palmoplantar Pustulosis and Palmoplantar Pustular Psoriasis: A Systematic Review

Palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) and palmoplantar pustular psoriasis (PPPP) are rare, chronic inflammatory skin diseases affecting the palms and soles. Conventional treatment approaches include topical, systemic and biological therapy in severe and refractory cases, although neither are curative. This systematic review identifies and summarizes response to Janus Kinase inhibitors (JAKi) therapy in patients with PPP and PPPP refractory to conventional treatment.

掌跖脓疱病（PPP）及掌跖脓疱性银屑病（PPPP）为罕见慢性炎症性皮肤病，主要影响手掌及足底。传统治疗手段包括局部、全身及生物疗法，对于重症或难治性病例，尽管这些方法不能实现根治。本系统综述旨在识别并总结对于PPP和PPPP患者，在常规治疗无效的情况下，接受Janus激酶抑制剂（JAKi）治疗的反应情况。
