Documentation of mapping results for the mitochondrial genome of Taxus wallichiana

We have scrutinized our assembly results. Our read mapping results show that our assembly is perfect, especially when mapped with long reads, and it shows consistent and gap-free assembly. Although the mapping results with short read lengths show less coverage of certain regions, they are still continuous. We have appended bam files from the mapping and recommend that reviewers check these bam files.
