Supplementary data Chen et al. O-S ecology

Supplementary Data and Code of Chen et al. Data S1 includes species-level occurrences resolved to graptolite biozones across the LOME interval. In 'Modeling code' folder, 'CEG-modeling files' require a Linux environment (ubuntu 16.04 was used in this research). Detailed operational steps followed the protocol described in Huang et al., 2025 (p. 24, Stage 5: modeling paleo-food web dynamics). Output data were copied into CSV files and saved in 'CEG_out_csv' folder. 'CEG-results processing.R': this R script is used to process the 'CEG_out_csv' files. In 'SLN' folder, 'SLN1.0_modelling_modified.ipynb' requires Julia 1.3 or above.
