Worldwide, dairy cows’ mastitis causes huge economic losses to the dairy industry. This database describes the fecal metabolome of dairy cows’ with and without clinical mastitis. For clarity, the metabolome information is limited to the molecules that show statistically significant differences between the two conditions.
