This dataset was collected within a 14-week Project Preparation in Education course designed to enhance pre-service teachers’ research literacy and promote ethical, effective use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools in academic project development. The study followed a single-group pre-test/post-test design, measuring changes in participants’ individual innovativeness, AI anxiety, AI attitudes, and AI acceptance after exposure to continuous, scaffolded AI-assisted instruction.
