These files are pre-processed .tif files for the evaluation of my workflow to predict 3D segmentation of neurons from EM image data.
The original dataset was published in the context of the IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging 2013. Biological findings and further information about hte dataset can be found in following article:
