Genes differentially regulated by the glucocorticoid receptor in developing skin of the GR knock out and wt embryos.

To understand the transcriptional program by which GR regulates skin development, we performed a microarray analysis using the skin of E18.5 GR-/- and GR+/+ mouse embryos. RNA from four dorsal skin samples from GR-/- and GR+/+ E18.5 mouse embryos was collected and analyzed using Affymetrix Mouse Genome 430 2.0 GeneChips.为阐明糖皮质激素受体（Glucocorticoid Receptor）调控皮肤发育的转录程序，我们以胚胎发育第18.5天（Embryonic day 18.5）的GR基因敲除纯合子（GR-/-）与野生型（GR+/+）小鼠胚胎皮肤为实验材料开展微阵列分析（microarray analysis）。我们收集了两类胚胎的4份背部皮肤样本的RNA，并使用Affymetrix小鼠基因组430 2.0基因芯片（Affymetrix Mouse Genome 430 2.0 GeneChips）进行了分析检测。
