2020年7月,受长江上游来水及江西省境内大面积致灾暴雨影响,鄱阳湖流域的平均水位不断升高,至7月6日2时,鄱阳湖湖口水文站水位涨至警戒水位19.50米,达到洪水编号标准,“鄱阳湖2020年第一号洪水”形成。本数据集基于鄱阳湖2020年洪水的长时序监测,获取多源密集时相的遥感数据为依据,构建此次鄱阳湖流域性洪水期间不同地区的淹没历时空间分布模型,依据灾情程度空间分布和Globeland30地表覆盖产品对受淹地区灾情进行科学评估统计,获取受灾地物空间分布数据集,为此次流域性洪水的防灾减灾工作提供科学支撑和理论依据。

In July 2020, driven by the inflow from the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and large-scale catastrophic heavy rainfall across Jiangxi Province, the average water level in the Poyang Lake Basin rose continuously. By 2:00 on July 6, the water level at the Poyang Lake Hukou Hydrological Station climbed to the warning level of 19.50 meters, meeting the flood numbering criteria, thus triggering the "2020 No. 1 Flood of Poyang Lake". This dataset is developed based on the long-time series monitoring of the 2020 Poyang Lake flood. Taking multi-source remote sensing data with dense temporal phases as the data source, it first constructs a spatial distribution model of inundation duration for different regions during this basin-wide flood event. Subsequently, scientific assessment and statistical analysis are conducted on the disaster-stricken areas by combining the spatial distribution of disaster severity and the Globeland30 land cover product, to obtain the spatial distribution dataset of affected land features. This dataset provides scientific support and theoretical basis for flood prevention and disaster reduction efforts for this basin-scale flood event.
