Single Cell Heterogeneity of Liver in Laying Ducks

In the late of ovipository cycle, ceased laying ducks gradually increases. This leads to a lower feed conversion. Studies on the molecular mechanism in liver of ceased laying ducks are few, and no single cell transcriptome analysis of duck liver has been reported. In this study, single cell transcriptome sequencing was carried out on the liver of Shaoxing duck at 450 days of age. We constructed a single cell resolution transcriptomic atlas of liver in laying and ceased laying ducks.
