This dataset contains the raw hardware data and deterministic audit artifacts used in the sign-only hardware validation of an operational consequence of Dynamical Information Geometry (DIG) as reported in DIG Part III. The data were obtained from heterogeneous quantum devices, including IBM Quantum and AWS Braket (IonQ). The archive includes the frozen raw measurement data, an external audit script (audit_signs.py), the corresponding audit log (AUDIT_SIGNS.txt), and cryptographic checksums (SHA256SUMS.txt). No data processing, fitting, noise mitigation, or numerical modeling is performed within this dataset. The operational quantity tested is the sign of the leakage differenceΔLeak = Leak_LENS − Leak_CTRL,with Leak = 1 − P(b_ref).The reference bitstring is defined per run as b_ref = mode(CTRL), ensuring a hardware-agnostic reference choice. For all included hardware runs, the dataset records the observed sign of ΔLeak under the stated operational definition. This dataset is immutable and is intended to support deterministic, third-party verification of the sign-based result reported in DIG Part III.
