The male sterility of a wheat thermosensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) line is strictly controlled by temperature. We used microarrays to identify genes that play pivotal roles in anthers during cold-stress hypersensitivity. The expression of genes in response to different temperature treatment were analyzed for anthers of BS366. Overall design: Anthers were selected at five developmental stages from BS366 unde four conditions for hybridization with the Affymetrix GeneChip Wheat Genome Arrays
