This dataset provides research data and analytical materials supporting the study entitled “Transforming Repetitive Work through Intelligent Automation: Effects on Employee Performance and the Moderating Role of AI Readiness.” The repository contains four Excel files documenting the research process: Raw Data : anonymized research data collected from respondents. Measurement Model (Outer Model): results and supporting calculations related to the assessment of the measurement model, including indicator reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and internal consistency. Structural Model (Inner Model): results and supporting calculations related to the structural model, including hypothesis testing and relationships among the research constructs. Hypothesis Development and Questionnaire: the theoretical basis for hypothesis development and the questionnaire items used to operationalize the research constructs. These materials are provided to improve research transparency and facilitate the understanding and potential reproduction of the analytical procedures reported in the associated research. All respondent-identifying information has been removed or anonymized where applicable.
