CPR Plankton Data for the ICES/GLOBEC Cod and Climate Change
Backward Facing Workshop
3 files are available for use within the 'Backward Facing' workshop
- one for each ICES area IVa, IVb and IVc in the North Sea. They
files contain month/year abundance data for three CPR groups:
Phytoplankton Colour Index, Total Copepods and Calanus total (stage
V-VI, amalgamation of C. finmarchicus and C. helgolandicus). The data
are log10 transformed. The files are comma separated text files.
There are missing data in some months.
If you want to use the data in publications, please contact SAHFOS
to discuss their use. SAHFOS will be able to provide further details
and advise you of the suitability of the data to your work.
