Collection of processed isoform-level spatial transcriptomics datasets of mouse and human brain

This data repository contains processed spatial transcriptomics datasets generated by various platforms (10X Visium-SR, Visium-ONT, Xenium Prime 5K) with isoform-level quantification. For long-read datasets, isoform quantification was performed by the original publications. For short-read datasets, we applied Sierra to extract and quantify transcript 3'end diversity (TREND) events. Spatial variable isoform usage and differential usage tests were performed using [SPLISOSM](https://github.com/JiayuSuPKU/SPLISOSM).
