DOY32, DOY46 and DOY match record pollen data from the Alto dell'Ortles glacier ice core #1 from the surface to a depth of 45.023 m w.e.

This dataset includes four records (DOY32, DOY46, DOY match and pollen concentration) derived from pollen data of the ice core #1 of the Alto dell'Ortles glacier (Italy). These data are used to establish annual layer counting using StratiCounter (https://github.com/maiwinstrup/StratiCounter ) from the surface down to a depth of 45.023 m w.e. The DOY32, DOY46 and DOY match (depth to day match) records are expressed in day-of-the-year and are derived from the pollen compositional record (pollen counts). The pollen concentration is provided as the number of pollen grains per liter of water.
