1、茶油原料及其产品的质量保存技术:研究了油茶籽、茶枯饼和茶油在不同条件下的储藏效果,提出了最佳储藏方法,并将茶油脂肪酸与地理经纬度结合分析,划分了脂肪酸地理分布区域,提出了具有优质脂肪酸组成的茶油产地。 2、茶油加工新技术:研究了油茶籽低温压榨、超临界CO2萃取、水酶法提油技术的关键工艺及技术参数,低温压榨茶油中的VE含量比普通压榨提高了38.22% 超临界CO2萃取茶油的色值已达到压榨一级油标准,油中VE、β-胡萝卜素、角鲨烯含量分别比普通螺旋榨高出9.23%、28.43%和27.48% 水酶法提取的茶油中VE 和β-胡萝卜素含量也明显高于普通压榨法。茶油加工新技术目前已获授权国家发明专利2项。 3、高品质茶油产品研发:研发出新型环保脱色材料,并通过对精炼过程中主要技术参数的优化,建立了精品茶油加工示范基地,帮助多家企业解决了茶油生产中的瓶颈问题。建立了有机茶油原料基地和加工示范基地,有机油茶林和有机茶油均通过国家有机认证。在对不同物种油茶的脂肪酸组成研究基础上,筛选出高含油率60%以上、高油酸的茶油原料,含油率和油酸含量分别比普通油茶提高了15.07%和6.15%,开发出了浅色原味茶油产品。帮助2家企业建立了研发中心,已培育3家科技型企业。 4、副产品研发:进行了油茶副产物茶皂素、天然茶粕的产品研发,开发出茶洁净、洗洁宝等系列产品,提高了油茶附加值。 5、推广应用: 通过技术创新、成果转化,在浙江省及我国其他油茶主产区得到了大面积的推广应用:(1)在浙江省建德市建立有机茶油生产基地15600亩,其中核心基地5000亩,“企业+农户”基地10600亩,年产有机茶油200吨以上 (2)在浙江常山山神茶油开发有限公司、建德霞雾农业开发中心支撑建立了精品茶油加工示范基地2个,年生产精品茶油200吨以上 (3)在缙云石笕乡油茶加工厂、江山茶之语油茶开发有限公司支撑建立精品油加工示范基地2个,年生产能力1000吨 (4)在浙江常山常发粮油公司、青田腾鹤茶油有限公司建立了有机生产技术推广示范基地 (5)在缙云县仙都山茶油有限公司、青田腾鹤茶油有限公司建立浅色原味茶油生产基地 (6)在江山茶之语科技开发有限公司支撑建立油茶副产物加工示范基地 (7)举办相关技术培训20场次,培训技术人员和林农300多人。

1. Quality preservation technology for camellia oil raw materials and products: The storage effects of camellia oleifera seeds, camellia oleifera cake and crude camellia oil under different conditions were investigated, and the optimal storage methods were proposed. By combining the analysis of camellia oil fatty acids with geographic longitude and latitude, the geographic distribution regions of fatty acids were delineated, and the camellia oil producing areas with high-quality fatty acid composition were identified. 2. New technologies for camellia oil processing: The key processes and technical parameters of low-temperature pressing, supercritical CO2 extraction and aqueous enzymatic extraction for camellia oleifera seeds were studied. The vitamin E content in camellia oil obtained by low-temperature pressing was 38.22% higher than that of conventional pressed oil. The color value of camellia oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction reached the national standard for first-grade pressed oil, and its contents of vitamin E, β-carotene and squalene were 9.23%, 28.43% and 27.48% higher than those of conventional screw-pressed oil, respectively. The contents of vitamin E and β-carotene in camellia oil extracted by aqueous enzymatic extraction were also significantly higher than those of conventional pressing method. Up to now, 2 authorized national invention patents have been granted for these new camellia oil processing technologies. 3. R&D of high-quality camellia oil products: A novel environmentally friendly decolorizing material was developed. By optimizing the main technical parameters in the refining process, a demonstration base for premium camellia oil processing was established, which helped multiple enterprises solve the bottleneck problems in camellia oil production. Organic camellia oil raw material bases and processing demonstration bases were built, and both organic camellia oleifera forests and organic camellia oil have passed the national organic certification. Based on the study of fatty acid compositions of different camellia oleifera species, camellia oil raw materials with oil content over 60% and high oleic acid content were screened out. Their oil content and oleic acid content were 15.07% and 6.15% higher than those of common camellia oleifera, respectively. Light-colored and original-flavor camellia oil products were developed. We helped 2 enterprises establish R&D centers and cultivated 3 technology-based enterprises. 4. By-product R&D: The product development of camellia oleifera by-products including tea saponin and natural tea meal was carried out. A series of products such as "Tea Clean" and "Cleaning Treasure" were developed, which improved the added value of camellia oleifera. 5. Promotion and application: Through technological innovation and achievement transformation, the technologies have been widely promoted and applied in Zhejiang Province and other main camellia oleifera producing areas in China: (1) An organic camellia oil production base covering 15,600 mu was established in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, including 5,000 mu of core base and 10,600 mu of "enterprise + farmer" model base, with an annual output of more than 200 tons of organic camellia oil. (2) Two demonstration bases for premium camellia oil processing were supported and established by Zhejiang Changshan Shenshan Camellia Oil Development Co., Ltd. and Jiande Xiawu Agricultural Development Center, with an annual output of more than 200 tons of premium camellia oil. (3) Two demonstration bases for premium oil processing were supported and established by Camellia Oleifera Processing Plant in Shijian Township, Jinyun County and Jiangshan Chazhiyu Camellia Oil Development Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons. (4) Organic production technology promotion and demonstration bases were established in Zhejiang Changshan Changfa Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. and Qingtian Tenghe Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. (5) Light-colored and original-flavor camellia oil production bases were established in Jinyun Xiandu Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. and Qingtian Tenghe Camellia Oil Co., Ltd. (6) A camellia oleifera by-product processing demonstration base was supported and established by Jiangshan Chazhiyu Technology Development Co., Ltd. (7) A total of 20 relevant technical training sessions were held, training more than 300 technical personnel and forest farmers.
