资源简介:
Based on career construction theory, a conditional indirect effect model of how and when career adaptability affects career development is constructed. Two experiments and a questionnaire are used to test the model. The results show that career adaptability has a significant positive impact on subjective well-being, and then has a positive impact on career development; (2) Career choice cognitive bias positively regulates the relationship between career adaptability and subjective well-being. When choosing career optimism / pessimism bias, the level of subjective well-being of high career adaptability is higher than that of low career adaptability; (3) Optimistic bias in job selection regulates the relationship between subjective well-being and career development. When there is pessimistic bias and no bias in job selection, the career development level of people with high subjective well-being is higher than that of people with low subjective well-being. The research results expand the research on the mechanism of career development and provide new ideas for improving college students' career development.
