The data comes from research conducted as part of a project funded by the National Science Center in Poland (Grant 2020/39/B/HS3/02277, Lower-Middle Palaeolithic transition in Central Europe beyond the Movius line). The dataset contains a classification of stone artefacts and their dimensions. The artefacts were recovered during excavations or from part of museum collections.
