Data and code associated with the publication: Simultaneous path-integration recalibration in head direction and place cells

This project includes datasets and codes pertinent to the synchronized recalibration of path-integration in rodent hippocampal place cells and head direction cells from the thalamus. The dataset contains post-processed CA1 place cells electrophysiology, animal behavior, and experiment control and sensor data recorded from 4 Long-Evans rats as they ran laps in the Dome VR apparatus.
