From Protein Structure Prediction to Generative Plant Biotechnology. Informe de Trazabilidad

This reproducibility package documents the data-processing workflow supporting the manuscript From Protein Structure Prediction to Generative Plant Biotechnology. It contains the five exact Scopus search strategies updated on 5 August 2026, source-file manifests and SHA-256 checksums, executable code for temporal harmonization, deduplication and metadata screening, operational detector dictionaries, derived tables, and PRISMA-ScR reporting materials. The workflow reproduces 21,847 record occurrences, 1,170 duplicates removed, 20,677 unique records, and 11,765 records retained in the plant-science and agroindustrial evidence map. Raw Scopus exports are not redistributed because of database licensing restrictions; authorized users can regenerate and verify the corpus using the documented searches, retrieval date, source-file hashes, and processing code.
