资源简介:
Testosterone signaling is involved in various disease, such as androgenetic alopecia (AGA) and prostate cancers. The androgen receptor (AR), a mediator of testosterone, forms complexes with dihydrotestosterone (DHT), acting as transcription factors. However, understanding of the androgen regulatory networks remains incomplete. We established immortalized human dermal papilla cells (DPCs) using the K4DT method involving combinatorial expression of the R24C mutant CDK4, cyclin D1, and TERT. In this study, we investigated gene expression changes induced by AR expression, DHT exposure, and their combination in DPCs. To address the differentially expressed gene (DE genes), we utilized immortalized DPCs: DPCs-K4DT-AR, DPCs-K4DT-AR-DHT and groups with some additives (DPCs-K4DT-AR-DHT-wasabi, DPCs-K4DT-AR-DHT-6MISTC and DPCs-K4DT-AR-DHT-iso).
