VONA Notifications Dataset: Icelandic Volcano Aviation Alerts (2024- 05-09 al 2025-08-05)

This dataset contains all VONA (Volcano Observatory Notice for Aviation) notifications published by the Icelandic Meteorological Office between 2024-05-09 and 2025-08-05. Each record corresponds to an aviation alert related to an Icelandic volcano and includes information extracted from both the main notification list and its detailed individual page. The dataset provides variables such as: volcano name and ID notification timestamp current and previous aviation color codes detailed event time activity summary text cloud height and cloud information additional remarks direct URL link to each original notification This dataset enables analysis of volcanic activity patterns, changes in aviation alert levels, hazard communication, and temporal evolution of eruptions across Icelandic volcanic systems.
