Religious monuments Land Salzburg

Today, many architectural monuments are important cultural assets and part of the growing cultural heritage. As testimonies of ‘living history’, the historically and artistically significant buildings contribute significantly to the identity of the State of Salzburg. The ‘religious monuments’ list the Catholic parish, branch and monastery churches, but also places of assembly of other legally recognised religious communities. Each object is described in a brief historical outline.
