Macroscopic lung and pleural lesions observed at slaughter in pigs from two intensive pig farms in Lima, Peru
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains secondary observational data from a cross-sectional study designed to describe macroscopic lung and pleural lesions observed at slaughter in pigs from two intensive production farms in Lima, Peru, using standardized abattoir-based scoring systems. It includes post-mortem lung records from pigs originating from two intensive production farms, with lesion and vaccination data. Lung lesions were recorded using the CEVA Lung Program and originally scored according to the modified Madec system; for analysis, lesion scores were dichotomized into presence or absence of lesions (binary). APP-compatible pleuritis and lobular scarring were also recorded as binary variables (present/absent), together with the vaccine strain administered (2940 or J).File formatStata (.dta)SourceCEVA Lung Program
