Reproducibility package (code + published tables only; no redistributed cohort data) for: Long-term temperature variability and mortality in two national Chinese cohorts: functional status identifies susceptible older adults

This dataset contains a reproducibility package (analysis code and published summary result tables) for the study:

"Long-term temperature variability and mortality in two national Chinese cohorts: functional status identifies susceptible older adults".

The analyses use two national cohort studies in China (CHARLS and CLHLS). No restricted or licensed cohort microdata are redistributed in this upload. In particular, this upload does not include any downloaded CHARLS/CLHLS datasets (in whole or in part), nor any participant-level records or identifiers. The original cohort data must be obtained directly from the official data providers under their application procedures and data-use agreements.

The package includes: (i) curated analysis scripts, (ii) documentation/manifests for file integrity, and (iii) small numeric tables that correspond to values already shown in the manuscript/appendix.
