Climate–regeneration–fire model inputs and outputs for four southern yellow pines in the southeastern United States
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains public source inputs, processed analytical data, and model-derived products from a climate–regeneration–fire informatics study of loblolly pine (Pinus taeda), shortleaf pine (P. echinata), slash pine (P. elliottii), and longleaf pine (P. palustris) in the southeastern United States. The deposited products include occurrence and climate inputs, mapped fire-history and lumber-mill inputs, model-selection outputs, Random Forest interpretation products, adult–seedling comparisons, future suitability projections, threshold-sensitivity outputs, percentile-envelope extrapolation-screening products, temporally aligned fire-stratified analyses, and mill-consensus summaries. File-level provenance and licensing information are provided in source_data_access.md.
