RNA sequencing data from PNX0010 clear renal cell carcinoma cells overexpressing PARG

ccRCC PNX0010 cell line with stable overexpression of PARG under Doxycycline induction was generated. Transcriptome analysis linked malignance reductuin phenotype with changes in gene expression levels for lipid metabolism, interferon signaling and angiogenesis pathways along with the changes in expression of key cancer-related genes. Overall design: PNX0010 cells were transduced with lentivirus construct encoding PARG cDNA with cleavable mClover3 under TetOne Doxycycline inducible promoter. Cells were plated to single well of 6 well plate, grown at 37°C in 5% CO2 for 72 hours without or with 500ng/ml Doxycycline and RNA isolated.
